This Indenture made this twelfth day of September in the year of our Lord one
thousand and eight hundred and fifty four, between Jeremiah Lighthall and Eliza
his wife of Arcadia in the county of Wayne and state of New York of the first
part, and Solomon Rundle of Lyons, in the county and state aforesaid, of the
second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part in consideration
of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars and fifty two cents to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part The receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged have bargained sold remised and quit claimed and by
these presents do bargain sell remise & Quit claim unto the said party of the
second part, and to his heirs & assigns forever, All the [equal one undivided
ninth] part of all that certain piece or parcel of Land situate in the south part
of Township Number twelve in the first range of Township in the town of Lyons in
the county of Wayne, aforesaid, Known and distinguished as the north Forty four
acres of Lot Number Fifty six and bounded as follows on the East West and North
by the respective East West and north lines of said Lot and in the South by a
line to be unparallel with the northline of said lot, and so far north of the
same as to contain the said Quantity of Forty four acres and no more, together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issue and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest claim and
demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part whether in law or equity
of in and to the above bargained premises with the said hereditaments and
appurtenances. To have and to hold the said premises to the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, In witness
whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the
day and year first above written,

Wayne County ss: ) On this 12th Day of September in the year one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four before me the subscriber personally appeared Jeremiah Lighthall
and Eliza O. Lighthall his wife to me known to be the same person described in and who
executed the within instrument who severally acknowledged that they executed the same.
And the said Eliz O. Lighthall in a private examination by me apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she executed the same truly and without any fear or compulsion of her
said Husband. JM Carn, a Justice of the Peace in & for the County of Wayne
