1952 Directions - Located on Queen St., back of Presbyterian Church. This was formerly a fair sized cemetery, but when church burned and a new one with parish house was built most of the bodies were moved to one of the village cemeteries. These two stones as listed below are all that remain here. Recorded April 1952.

2005 Driving Directions - The Cemetery no longer exists. The Church is currently built in the old place the cemetery once was. Maple St. Rd., just past the new Court House.

(There are by count 8 stones that are face down that appear to be whole, and several pieces of stones. All are deeply and closely imbedded in the dirt floor, some with what appears to be cement connecting them together.)

Rhea Cuddeback or West Cemetery. It is known by all three names and is located in the town of Phelps, Ontario County, N.Y. on Route 14 South (Lyons-Geneva Road) about 1 mile from Wayne County line.
