IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING NAME: per Daryl VerStreate, 10/17/2005 - "Cass or Barnhart is actually known as Davis Cemetery, according to the town."

Located on Lake Road - Cass Farm, formerly Albright property, across road from Wychmere Farms, Town of Ontario.

2005 Driving Directions - Rte. 104 West to Ontario. Right onto Ontario Center Road heading north. At the intersection of Lake Rd. turn Right and follow just past Dennison Creek. Across from 1695 Lake Rd., in the woods just off from Road.

Dillingham, Richard, died Apr 11, 1843, age 64y 10m 8d
Farrand, Nancy, dau. of William & Polly, died Jun 22, 1835, age 19y 4m 22d
Gage, Jesse, died Aug 22, 1843, age 79y 4m 14d
Gage, Mercy, wife, died Jun 5, 1848, age 85y 14d
Gage, Sally, daughter, died Jan 29 1856, age 61y 5m 23d
Hall, Ann, died May 1825, age 40y
Hodges, Alice Sabin, wife, died Feb 3, 1823, age 34
Hodges, Zebedee, died May 15, 1853, age 72
Hopkins, Lucy S., wife of Enoch, died Dec 11, 1843, age 30y 6m 16d
Smith, Mahala, dau. of William & Polly, died Dec 15, 1828, age 16

This was once a large cemetery and was the first one in the town of Ontario. The Gates family and others removed burials from here.
